Job Description

Responsible To:

FOH Manager​

Purpose:

• You would be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people front of house at the venue.

• Ensure all front of house areas are clean and set up correctly

​

Responsibilities:

• Presenting at all times, a smart, alert and visible event steward presence at the venue.

• Carrying out pre and post event venue checks

• Greeting, assisting and directing people attending the event

• Monitoring crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary

• Dealing with crowd disruptions

• Reporting any security incidents or concerns and dealing with emergency situations as required

Estimated Time Commitment and Period of Appointment:

Approximately one/two hours prior to doors open and up to two hours post-event.
