Back of House Assistant
Job Description

Responsible To:
BOH Manager

Purpose:
• To ensure the Back of House area operates effectively and efficiently.
• Oversight of BOH assistants.
• Ensure changing room and ice baths provision is met.
• Ensure all teams and umpires run to Event timings.
• Liaise with Team Manager and Physios.

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for towel, water and ice distribution and allocations if required
• Ensure ice is available for Field of Play
• Ensure water is available for Field of Play
• Ensure reset the changing rooms when teams depart for match or when finished
post-match.
• Ensure filling and cleaning of ice baths. Transport of ice.
• Ensure rubbish bins in BOH are kept tidy and emptied regularly.
• Meet and greet teams, troubleshoot any issues,
• Liaise with Team Manager re DCAS and Real Time Clock.

Estimated Time Commitment and Period of Appointment:
Approximately one/two hours prior to doors open and up to two hours post-event.
